both 3.1-stable and 4.0-current have that ability, you can get
3.1-stable via "cvsup" or wait a bit for the 3.2 CDroms to come out.

if you wish to upgrade to 3.1-stable i suggest you look at:

http://www2.freebsd.org/handbook/cvsup.html

but more importantly, why are you using NT?  i fail to see the point. :)
