It seems to me that we only have adduser and rmuser facility.  What if I
want to modify the setting of an existing user?  I know it is not
recommended. But now I want to change the default shell of root from csh
to tcsh.  I certainly do not want to delete the root user first and add
root again (or can I do so?).=20
