Blender 2.66a crashes when OpenAL sound support is enabled and PulseAudio support is enabled for OpenAL-soft port.

>How-To-Repeat:
1. build audio/openal-soft (version 1.15.1) with PulseAudio support
2. build graphics/blender (version 2.66a) with OpenAL support
blender bus error (core dumped) after start as a result.

>Fix:
Workaround - disable PulseAudio support for audio/openal-soft or disable OpenAL support for Blender.
