I reckon... Hmmm... Either we need to install libperl.so, or get plperl to 
statically link. I don't know enough about statically linking .so-files...

Maybe the postgresql 7.3 update fixes this problem? Else, I'll have to 
check with the postgresql guys. I think at least some of them run 
postgresql...
