Today, it's my first time to grab the Gnome2 from MarcusCom CVS, which it was around two hours ago. I went to x11/gnome and do the "make install clean". It stopped and broke in the x11/gnomepanel part. Here are errors in the bottom of this message what I am getting them. It has to do with the patch-temp, it's kind out of date and not match two files. Look forwarding to get Gnome2 running on FreeBSD with bluecurve or LighthouseBlue (http://lighthouseblue.sourceforge.net) theme. :-) Cheers, Mezz P.S. Have anyone tried gvim with gtk2 (gnome-vim), yet? Is it stable to use daily? http://www.opensky.ca/gnome-vim/ ===> Patching for gnomepanel-2.1.4 ===> Applying FreeBSD patches for gnomepanel-2.1.4 5 out of 7 hunks failed--saving rejects to gnome-panel/xstuff.c.rej 1 out of 2 hunks failed--saving rejects to gnome-panel/xstuff.h.rej >>Patch patch-temp failed to apply cleanly. >>Patch(es) patch-applets::gen_util::clock.c patch-config.h.in >>patch-configure patch-doc_reference_panel-applet_Makefile.in >>patch-gnome-panel::GNOME_Panel.server.in applied cleanly. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnomepanel. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnomeapplets2. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/x11/gnome2. _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: smart spam protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-gnome" in the body of the message
