Hi

The configuration files has changed a bit since 1.2.*. Check the
*.conf.default (if my memory serves me...) against your *.conf.
I don't remember exactly what was changed, but it was pretty
easy to find. You could also check the /var/run/httpd-error.log
for errormessages from the server at startup.
