Joerg, where have you been?  My wife went to school with someone in
Colorado who has made his living full time since 1977 advising American
microbreweries on their brewing.  I suspect he is more successful than I
am.

There are three brew pubs within .5 hour of Pepperell, and Pepperell is
about as big as it sounds it is.

This may not be Germany, but the US is no longer a brewing wasteland either.

(And I have got to bottle that lager brewing in the basement)
