fetchmail (/usr/ports/mail/fetchmail) includes a utility  create
a configuration set via a GUI.
This GUI is written in Python and requieres a tk_inter-module that
is not supplied with Python by default.
But it lives in the
/usr/ports/x11-toolkits/py-tkinter-1.5.2 

This dependency is not in the actual port.
