Take a look at the error.  Your libxml2 is slightly out of date.
Unfortunately, the ports tree isn't able to check dependency versions.
However, if you use a tool like sysutils/portupgrade, this kind of thing
shouldn't happen to you.

Manually updating libxml2 was the right solution here.  And, thanks for
vim.
