Synopsis: DHCP: Can't bind address: Address already in use

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed

State-Changed-Why:
This is because there is already a dhclient(8) running when you tried
to start the other. This type of question is not appropriate for
PRs. If you have questions, please use the appropriate FreeBSD mailing
list. freebsd-questions@freebsd.org would probably be most appropriate
for the troubles you are having.
