I had exactly the same problem today, on a 5.3-RELEASE machine that
also had been very stable until now. I hope it's a coincidence :).

Unfortunately, I'm not able to get dumps (or even a debug kernel) on
that machine, as space is very limited (CompactFlash). Do you also
have Realtek cards?
