Ah.  This might be it.  Many anti-SPAM lists automatically
list systems which don't accept "<>" as a "MAIL FROM"
address; this was, at one time, the default for InterMail.

Doesn't work without a static IP.  Cable modems tend
to be stingy and not give those.
