well.. Jonathan Mini pointed out that src/usr.bin/doscmd/Makefile used
a src reference to crt0.o... so I simply changed it to ${LIBCRT0} but
then the build failed...
upon further examination, it seems that bsd.libnames.mk is only included
from bsd.prog.mk if BINFORMAT != aout... why isn't it? it happens to
also break the other dependancy on ${LIBC}...
this change was introduced by peter in rev1.55 of bsd.prog.mk...
