I was wondering if there are any tools to limit background proccesses
such as bgcheck(linux perl script) etc.. And any other nifty little
tools for making sure users don't go over what they're allowed to.
I'm mainly concerned with bg proccesses, quotas are already dealt
with.. Thanks,

Matt
