Ok, that should be easy enough to fix.

Well, that's embarassing.  I think its fixable without too much pain.
I'm guessing thats a result of
/usr/local/lib/eclipse-devel/plugins/javax.servlet_2.5.0.v200806031605.jar
being a symlink to there.  If we copy it over in the post-install step that
may hopefully work.

I've never tried subclipse, so no thoughts on this one.
