Subject: experience with ekiga and video on FreeBSD ?

does anyone have good experience with ekiga and video
calls on FreeBSD ?

I have tried the current version from ports (2.0.3), i can see the
local video but it seems that it is not transmitted to
the remote side (the audio goes through, but a trafshow
on the network interface does not detect any video traffic).

This is with either a v4l input or a static picture, and even with
two ekigas talking directly to each other (ie. without any sip box
in the middle).

I am not sure if the problem is with ekiga or opal which is
not compiled by default with the proper video codecs.
I don't see any option in the ports' Makefiles to
enable h261.

Any hints ?

	thanks
	luigi
