Hmmm... this isn't an attempt to form another language docproject, so 
I don't know how to name it. It's a single translation, but you can 
name it as "The FreeBSD Estonian Documentation Project" if you 
prefer. The other docproject title may be necessary if people go 
ahead and post next translations... really I don't know what to say 
here. Do it as you prefer.
