Now most of our machines run FreeBSD. It is an operating system very much like unix. It can be graphical with X, but running X uses resources and open security issues you dont need to deal with if you are providing people with dial in shells or PPP or something. You will be lost if you use NT for your servers to do an ISP! Trust me, one of my competitors went all NT and made that their big selling point - they are soon to go chapter 11
