Pentium III-650 box with ASUS CUSL2 motherboard and a
Compex ReadyLink 100atx/PCI (chip rl8139) NIC.
The NIC works perfectly most of the time.

of the box stops, console interaction slows down and console is
flooded with "rl0: no memory for tx list" messages.
