    Huh?  I think there is some confusion.

    Currently ether_ntoa() generates something like: 0:23:a4:3:3:3

    ifconfig was changed to use ether_ntoa(), thus changing the output
    format.  I am proposing that we 'fix' ether_ntoa() to
    generate:     00:23:a4:03:03:03

    Not the other way around.
