The big commercial ones are CoSort and SyncSort.

	http://www.cosort.com/
	http://www.syncsort.com/

Both have sorting APIs. You'll have to check their sites to see about
availability.

Are there any commercial or freeware sorting utilities libraries available
for FreeBSD?

Something a little more useful than qsort, that can be included in 'c'
compilations.
