Fresh -CURRENT, this night cvsup.

Notebook SONY VAIO z505s
ACPI enabled

pccard part of dmesg output:

pccbb0: <RF5C475 PCI-CardBus Bridge> at device 10.0 on pci0
cardbus0: <CardBus bus> on pccbb0
pccard0: <16-bit PCCard bus> on pccbb0

(see full dmesg -v at below)

Cards tried:

Lucent WaveLan
Some ATA flash

>Description:

If I boot with card inserted - I have working driver:

pccbb0: <RF5C475 PCI-CardBus Bridge> at device 10.0 on pci0
cardbus0: <CardBus bus> on pccbb0
pccard0: <16-bit PCCard bus> on pccbb0
...
pccard0: CIS version PC Card Standard 5.0
pccard0: CIS info: Lucent Technologies, WaveLAN/IEEE, Version 01.01,
pccard0: Manufacturer code 0x156, product 0x2
pccard0: function 0: network adapter, ccr addr 3e0 mask 1
pccard0: function 0, config table entry 1: I/O card; irq mask ffff; iomask 6, iospace 0-3f; rdybsy_active wp_active bvd_active io16 irqpulse irqlevel
wi0: <WaveLAN/IEEE> at port 0x100-0x13f irq 9 function 0 config 1 on pccard0
wi0: 802.11 address: 00:02:2d:09:53:f6
wi0: using Lucent Technologies, WaveLAN/IEEE
wi0: Lucent Firmware: Station 6.06.01
wi0: wi_has_wep = 1

Removing card - lead to exactly same situation as inserting - no any
response

Note: with OLDCARD I have seen similar behaviour (can get card working only
if card preinserted).

Any suggestions ?

>How-To-Repeat:

Insert any pccard into SONY VAIO z505s with CURRENT dated 19/07/2002

>Fix:
