There are 2 drivers that were developed by Craig Spannring while here at InternetCDS... he has a complete type IV JDBC driver, and a mostly working PERL native TDS SQL server driver. Both are in production use here, and work fine, modulo a few rough edges. Search the archives at www.freebsd.org in the database section for the URL, and more info.
