What is the date of your system (libc) ? Before Feb 10 or between the 10th and the 16th ?
If before Feb 10 I would resup , remove /usr/obj and try again.
If in the period between the 10th and 16th , you might need to restore from tape or other means
then try again.I just did a make world from a system from the 10th and current src and it built fine
