May I ask you to provide a bit more complete example, what you are doing and
expecting.

will use the SO_USER_COOKIE socket option (Which one? How do you set it?) to
select a dummynet pipe instance (Which ones are defined? May you please pro=
vide
the config?)

How do you notice, that the desired action did not occur? Which commands are
you using for this test and what is the real response?
