Yes.
Look at nextboot(8).

You'll also need NAMEBLOCK and may be NAMEBLOCK_WRITEBACK
in your kernel config.
See also /usr/src/sys/i386/boot/biosboot/README.386BSD

Beware if you use the OS-BS 2.x boot loader, since it uses
already the sector where nextboot places its information
for the next boot.
