This seems to be result from settings in your /etc/make.conf, i.e WITH_LDAP=yes.
OpenLDAP support is broken for some ports:
  <http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports/2004-May/0120.43.html>;

So you should file a bug report against these ports.
