 I may be speaking out of turn here, but is it necessary to replicate the
 entire omniORB port inside an "omniORB-Notify" port?  Can omniNotify not be a
 separate port that merely depends on omniORB?  Can you maybe explain the
 reasoning behind the way in which you put together a combined port like this?
