	i aint no lawyer.

	company policy determines whether or not a prosecution is 
possible.  if the company has a declared policy of no-privacy, then the 
company's representives can read ANY data on the system.  the user of 
that system has no recourse.  period.    the law may vary from state to 
state.

	be very careful.
