p5-Mail-SPF-Query is an optional dependancy. If you need it, then
check the SPF_QUERY option from 'make config' and build the port.

Otherwise just do what Sergey hinted at in the pkg-message file and
edit your PREFIX/etc/mail/spamassassin/init.pre file to disable
SPF_QUERY.
