I'm new to freebsd and I am looking to replace Linux with freebsd on my Dell workstation that I have at home. How is the performance of freebsd on SMP machines. I looked around but did not see any reference to freebsd on SMP machines like they have kernels specifically tailored for SMP in Linux. Does freebsd have that capability? thanks, -- Brian K.
