I use the Qlogic ISP2100 just peachy in my 3.x boxes.

I work at Network Appliance, and its really kinda neat to see 8 shelves
full of 7 36G drives on that adapter working on the BSD box.

Makes one hell'uva CCD array, formats in under a minute.
