I am attempting to run progress version 7.3E on FreeBSD using the ibcs2 Sco Unix Emulation enabled. I have installed progress OK (the install procedure uses a SCO COFF executable so it is necessary to enable ibcs2) When I attempt to run progress I get the following error message.

seth:signal30:sigactioan ret error 22(3693)

This error message is repeated 4 times with different signal numbers. I then get a System error: Buss Error message and the whole system hangs and cannot be closed down even using CTRL ALT DEL.

I have had mail from a user in Amsterdam that has Progress running on FreeBSD but have lost his mail address....

Any help would be appreciated.
