With a caveat.  The ports framework is overrideable with 
ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED_SYSTEMS and this one is not.  Morever, rawtherapee may 
specifically draw the line at 10.3 and not "unsupported releases".  I 
guess only mandree knows for sure.
