This will remove functionality for people who wish to do query-pr
of their own local mirror of the FreeBSD GNATS database.

This port is between a rock and a hard place: the current maintainer
shows no interest in fixing the security problems (due no doubt to
the fact that the thing is an antique and AFAICT unsupported piece
of swiss cheese), but the project currently depends on it*, so it
should be left in place for now.

the problems to a sufficient degree to have added some important line-
items to the action item list.  The fact is that it is not in place as
I phosphor.  Nor do I wish to open the 'alternatives' discussion before
I have more data -- and, in any case, any alternative has to go through
at _least_ as many steps as the current plan, and probably a lot more.]
