I just upgraded to 2.2.2-RELEASE. Now, when I add newusers, they don't get
added to /etc/group. Is this normal, and if not, is there any easy fix?

Also, EVERYTIME I have upgraded, whenever I tar /usr/home/* and restore to
the new system, they never get the proper ownership or group. I am using

the p flag of tar also. Any ideas on why this would be?

Thanks.
