I'm=20currently=20running=205.3=20(security=20patched=20via=20freebsd-upda= te).=20I'm=20intending=20to=20update=20to=205.4=20-=20and=20this=20is=20my= =20first=20attempt=20at=20the=20buildworld=20etc.=20process. I've=20cvsup'ed=20my=20source=20tree,=20and=20stepping=20through=20the=20i= nstructions=20in=20the=20handbook=20I=20note=20that=20it=20recommends=20ru= nning=20make=20buildworld=20with=20-DNOPROFILE=20(or=20specifying=20it=20i= n=20make.conf).=20I'm=20not=20clear=20what=20the=20impact=20of=20running=20= profiled=20libraries=20is=20against=20non-profiled=20libraries.=20I've=20d= one=20a=20quick=20search=20via=20google=20and=20through=20the=20list=20arc= hives=20without=20success. Could=20anyone=20explain=20the=20difference=20for=20me=20briefly=20so=20th= at=20I=20can=20make=20an=20informed=20choice?
