Synopsis: install: file.1.gz: No such file or directory

State-Changed-Why:
First off, that is an 'installworld' error, not 'buildworld.' I don't
think anyone else has seen a problem like this so it almost certainly
not a FreeBSD bug. For general help and transient buildworld bugs in
-STABLE, please go to freebsd-stable@freebsd.org before send-pr(1).
