I've -j[2-9][0-9]* buildworld problems too. Tried it twice, once with
-j16, once with -j4 - and everytime it fails on different locations.

-c /usr/src/lib/libc/i386/string/strrchr.S -o strrchr.So
cc: Internal error: Abort trap (program cc1)
Please submit a full bug report.
