Could you try to change these lines from the bottom of mi_switch()

	...
        if (switchtime.tv_sec)
                p->p_switchtime = switchtime;
        else
                microuptime(&p->p_switchtime);
	...

to simply:

	microuptime(&p->p_switchtime);
