Yea, box will have a lot of load going through it, nothing small, I =
found
machdep.cpu_idle_hlt: 0 , im going to take people's recommendation and =
shut
off hyperthreading.

If you have significant interrupt / syscall load, disable =
hyperthreading. If
most
of your work is in userland, go for idle_hlt. Someone also mentioned =
that
current has gotten better in this regard, I haven=B4t tested that yet.
