Description of Problem:
The keybinding-appendix.xml helpfile includes a bare '&' that causes
libxml to fail to parse Gnumeric's manual.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Help->Contents
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:
Yelp aborts as the manual cannot be correctly parsed.

Expected Results:
Yelp should properly display Gnumeric's manual

How often does this happen?
Every time

Additional Information:
A patch will be attached that corrects the problem.
