Log:
  Integrate tools/regression/lib/libc/resolv into the FreeBSD test suite as
  lib/libc/tests/resolv
  
  Convert the testcases to ATF
  
  MFC after: 1 week
  Sponsored by: EMC / Isilon Storage Division
