Honestly, you can build graphviz without *any* X11 support.  Right now  
there's 90-something dependancies and it completely overrides  
WITHOUT_X11.  I'd like to see the maintainer pay attention to  
WITHOUT_X11 and use the right configure flags with graphviz.
