In all fairness to Rod, I remember this as our policy as well and I do
recall it being discussed when we first added the `Submitted By' and
`Obtained From' fields. We decided, according to my recollection, to
use the following methodology:

non-freefall user:

	Joe Blow <joe@blow.com>

freefall user:

	joe

If you check the commit logs, I do believe that you'll find them to be
pretty consistent with this convention.
