Thanks.  It is there.  The way it is worded, I can see either 
interpretation: that the default should always be 9180, or,
only that that 9180 has to be supported.

Regardless, lots of networks are set at 4470, so, pragmatically,
4470 is probably a good compromise.  How much performance 
difference do you see between 4470 and 9180?
