Have you tried another keyboard? If you have another one around you
can swap with this one, it would be worthwhile to try.

I'm ready to see them. I got the samples and price info from the
company who makes them yesterday, so I need some artwork in order to
determine how many colors we'll need. I'll post more info on this
later today.
