Thanks for help, that may work.

It can be useful if a device makes the system fail to boot.

In my case, I might want to disable re (Realtek 8111E Ethernet) on MSI Z77 MPOWER motherboard, which fails to connect under FreeBSD but succeeds in NetBSD-current.
