Actually, add WITHOUT_GNOME=3Dyes to /etc/make.conf.

Make sure no legacy /usr/X11R6/include directories are left over,
either.  Some of these are:

/usr/X11R6/include/libgnome
/usr/X11R6/include/gnomevfs

Having these directories lying about will cause GNOME 2 to fail to
build.
