Guess who hasn't risked updating since the TI-RPC commit :-) This change is necessary to support NFS installs and the use of mount_nfs from the fixit/emergency shell. Since the ti-rpc code was added, mount_nfs seems to require entries for 'nfs' and 'rpcbind' in /etc/services, and the protocol information from the new /etc/netconfig (requiring the 'nfs' entry in /etc/services seems bogus).
